Return Policy
1. Return period
Starting from the day you receive the product, within 30 days, as long as you are not satisfied with the product, you can apply for a return if you meet the return conditions. Remember, if it exceeds 30 days, we will not be able to accept it, so you have to think about it as soon as possible!
2. Return eligibility
Product status: When returning the product, the product must remain in its original state, unused and undamaged, and all accessories, labels, packaging, such as dust bags, instructions, and tags must be complete. It should be exactly the same as when you first received it, so that it meets the return requirements!
Special products: Some customized products, or special and personal use (for hygiene reasons), if there is no quality problem, do not support returns. Remember to read the product description before placing an order!
Promotion description: Products that clearly state "do not support returns" in the promotion are not within the return range, so please pay attention to this!
3. Product damage and problem handling
If the product you received is damaged, has quality problems, or is different from the order description, don't worry! Within 7 days of receiving the product, send us an email to contact@lienthelp24h.com and attach clear photos or videos of the product problem. We will check the situation within 1-3 working days. If it is indeed our problem, we will arrange a return or exchange for you free of charge, and we will also pay for the shipping!
4. Return process
Application: First send an email to contact@lienthelp24h.com to tell us your order number, why you want to return the product, and the current status of the product.
Review: After we receive your application, we will review it within 1-3 working days, and then send you an email with the result and return address.
Return: Use a reliable courier to send the product back to the designated address within 7 days of receiving the approval notice. Remember to keep the courier number for easy inquiry!
Acceptance: After we receive the returned product, we will check it within 3-5 working days. If the product meets the return conditions, the refund process will begin!
5. Refund time limit
Once we have checked the product and confirmed that there is no problem, we will initiate a refund within 3-5 working days.
The refund will be returned according to your original payment method, but the arrival time depends on the processing speed of the payment platform and the bank. It usually takes 3-10 working days to arrive. If you have paid with a gift card or coupon, the corresponding amount will be returned to your account and you can use it next time!
